Taste The Rainbow

This cake was a fun one to make!! With homemade frosting and six, yes six layers of goodness you can't go wrong. My sister-in law introduced this cake to me at my niece and nephew's birthday party. Not only was it yummy it's very pleasing to the eye. Only next time I make this I think I will invest in another round pan:) Having 2 would of helped :)




One interesting thing I learned about making a layered cake is that putting it in the freezer in between layering makes it much easier to do .
